Regional Gathering

Calling all Evangelists (CL’s, youth ministers, DRE/CRE’s, adult faith ministers, pastoral associates) and Campus Ministers (both high school and college). Take some time to relax this summer, pull up a chair, and grab a meal and a beverage with fellow ministers! These nights are purely social opportunities to  meet with other  ministers, network, and spend time together. Attend one, attend all three – you don’t want to miss out! Appetizers offered by CNE; drinks and meals on participants.

12:00 p.m.: Festivities begin!
Reconsecration live-streamed from the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains
Multicultural celebration
Food trucks available
2:00 p.m.: Concert with Village Lights

No tickets are required.
No chairs or blankets are permitted.

ASL interpreters and a sensory-friendly tent will be available.

3:45 p.m.: Gates open
4:30 p.m.: Bilingual Mass with the Archbishop Capacity for Mass is limited. To reserve seats, visit:

6:30 – 8:00 p.m.: Concert

Tickets are required for admittance. For sensory friendly or general admission field-seats, you must bring your own blankets (no seats will be permitted on the turf field).

Deaf Community seating on the field is provided. Wheelchair-accessible seating, ASL interpreters, and a sensory-friendly tent will be available.

Schedule for the evening:

6:00 p.m.: Mass at St. John the Baptist
7:00 p.m.: Procession from the church to the Relic Shrine with opportunity for Eucharistic Adoration
7:00 p.m.: Food trucks and lawn games
8:00 to 9:30 p.m.: Concert on the lawn of the Maria Stein Spiritual Retreat Center

No tickets are needed.
Bring your own chair/blanket.

ASL interpreters and a sensory-friendly tent will be available.

OPENING MASS AND PILGRIMAGE KICK OFF

Sunday, May 16th; 1:30 p.m.
Fatima Shrine, Russells Point, OH
To begin the Marian Pilgrimage, we will be celebrating an outdoor Mass at 1:30 p.m. at the Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, which has one of the tallest statues of Mary in the Unites States. From there, pilgrims will begin procession to St. Mary of the Woods, which is 2 miles from the shrine. At 3:00 we will celebrate the completion of the first leg with refreshments.

Upper Room gathers evangelists of youth and adults – DREs/CREs, youth minsters, adult faith formation leaders, etc. – by region for lunch, fellowship, prayer, and a Holy Hour with reflection and Confession. These are FREE events.
