Each workshop will lead your team through the Process of Evangelization and Discipleship. DESCRIPTION:CANCELLED until further notice – Amazing Parish Leadership Team Reunion \nDue to the addition of a special Back to Mission Webinar\, we have slightly changed our agenda to allow you to participate in both events. \nThe Amazing Parish Conference was held in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati May 2019. Since then many parish leadership teams have been formed and are working to establish the building blocks of an “amazing parish.” Wherever you are in that process\, or even if you never got off the ground\, or missed the Conference all together\, we invite all Pastors and their leadership teams to gather for a day of sharing what is working well\, what is a struggle\, and what insights can be gleaned from the experience of other Pastors and leadership teams. This is not just a day for Amazing Parish teams. Any parish leadership team looking for insight into the Amazing Parish model is invited to this event. \nParish Leadership Teams are uniquely prepared for the daunting pastoral planning efforts outlined in Beacons of Light. Pastors who are strong leaders that have the support of a healthy parish leadership team will have the tools and experience to shepherd their parish communities through this process. A healthy parish leadership team will have already cultivated a culture of prayer and discipleship\, and discerned a mission and vision. They will have had the experience of identifying and implementing shared priorities.
