SUMMARY:Marriage Preparation Documentation Training
DESCRIPTION:All who serve in any capacity with parish marriage preparation are invited to attend a free training on May 4\, 2023 at St. Susanna from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It will be livestreamed via Zoom for those who wish to participate remotely. \nOffered by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati\, the training will feature presentations by the Chancellor and the Marriage and Family Evangelization team on recommendations for the marriage preparation timeline\, an explanation of the dispensations/permissions needed for various situations\, the forms needed for the nuptial file\, and time for a Q & A. A light breakfast will be provided. No child care will be available. \nThere will be Mass at 8:15 am at St. Susanna for participants wishing to attend Mass before the training starts. \nIn-person registrations are on a first-come\, first-serve basis. When the tickets sell out\, anyone still wishing to register to attend virtually should email Adriana Vasquez at avasquez@catholicaoc.org no later than May 1.

Una cosa es segura\, el amor y la sexualidad son el vínculo más emocionante entre nuestra naturaleza y lo espiritual. Pero el amor es también responsabilidad. Cuando un hombre y una mujer se unen por medio de un verdadero amor\, el uno toma el destino y futuro del otro como si fuese suyo. This free class will be a general NFP Course\, not specific to The Marquette Method\, though it would be a great start to learning The Marquette Method of NFP. Some of the topics covered during this 1-hour course includes: \n\nMale and female reproductive anatomy and physiology\nTypes of Natural Family Planning methods\nPostpartum and peri-menopause stages of life\nWhy NFP is good for you and your spouse (if applicable)\n\nThis class is great information for single women interested in charting for health\, engaged couples preparing for marriage (continued education needed to count for Pre-Cana)\, married couples that never received the information or would like a refresher on the basics\, or married couples discerning learning NFP for the first time and want a no risk introduction.  If this free introduction class is completed\, a discounted Marquette class will be offered to complete education for Marquette Method. \nPlease fill out the form HERE to register.

DESCRIPTION:National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) 2023: Fully Alive\nNCYC is a powerfully unique three-day experience of prayer\, community\, evangelization\, catechesis\, service\, and empowerment for Catholic teenagers (of high school age) and their adult chaperones. We have a limited quantity of tickets available. Tickets will be sold on a first-come\, first-served basis and are non-refundable.
