SUMMARY:St. Gerard Morning of Reflection
DESCRIPTION:The third annual St. Gerard Morning of Reflection is a morning of prayer\, reflection\, and community for married couples experiencing a season of infertility. The event will include Holy Mass with the opportunity to venerate a first class relic of St. Gerard\, the patron saint of mothers\, followed by presentations\, and fellowship. \nThis is a free event. Please RSVP no later than October 14\, 2023. Walk-ins are welcomed. A light breakfast will be provided following Mass.

DESCRIPTION:Hablando del amor\, el Papa Juan Pablo II dijo: “no hay nada más misterioso y desconocido que el amor. Todos tenemos una profunda y desesperada necesidad por al amor absoluto\, y la diferencia entre como lo percibimos y como lo vivimos es una cosa terrible. El amor no es algo que se puede enseñar y\, no obstante\, es absolutamente esencial que aprendamos sobre amor. Una cosa es segura\, el amor y la sexualidad son el vínculo más emocionante entre nuestra naturaleza y lo espiritual. Pero el amor es también responsabilidad. Cuando un hombre y una mujer se unen por medio de un verdadero amor\, el uno toma el destino y futuro del otro como si fuese suyo. Esto puede significar mucho estriño y sufrimiento\, pero esa es la única verdadera manera de amar.” \nTodos queremos aprender sobre el amor. ¿Qué es? ¿Cómo se siente? ¿Cómo lo vivo en mi noviazgo? ¿Qué puedo hacer para no terminar amargado por el amor? Las respuestas a estas preguntas que provienen del mundo y contienen información equivocada que causan confusión\, estragos y dolor\, especialmente en el corazón de los jóvenes. ¡Dios sabe que lo que hay en nuestro corazón!
