DESCRIPTION:National Catholic Youth Conference\nNovember 20-22, 2025\nIndianapolis, IN\nNCYC is a powerfully unique, three-day experience of prayer, community, evangelization, catechesis, service, and empowerment for Catholic teenagers (of high school age) and their adult chaperones.\n\nCost\nTotal cost for NCYC is $500 per person. Deposit to reserve tickets is $100 per ticket. We have a limited number of tickets available. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are non-refundable. After you have placed a deposit on tickets, your parish or school will be invoiced for the remaining cost of the tickets.\n\nDetails\nEach parish or school must have at least two adults attend per 10 students.\nIncluded With Your Ticket:\n\nEntry into the National Catholic Youth Conference \nThree-night stay at the Westin Indianapolis\nClear drawstring bag\nNote: Only clear bags are permitted at NCYC 2025.\n\nImportant Upcoming Dates for NCYC Leaders \n\nNCYC Q&A Zoom #1 (optional) – TBD\nNCYC Q&A Zoom #2 (optional) – TBD\nNCYC Group Leader Dinner (required) – TBD\n\nThe NCYC Group Leader Dinner is required for all parish or school staff who are organizing a group to attend NCYC 2025, and optional for other volunteers / chaperones.\n\nWhat We’re Planning\n\nNCYC is Thursday, November 20th – Saturday, November 22nd in Indianapolis, IN. Groups will stay overnight Saturday, November 22nd and return on Sunday, November 23rd.\nYouth will stay four per hotel room and adults will stay two per hotel room. Hotel rooms will be assigned by parish or school staff at a later date, with groups combining for rooms if necessary.\nGroups are responsible for their own transportation to and from Indianapolis.\nHotel room keys will be available after the Opening General Session on Thursday night.
